I’ve been committed to helping vulnerable members of our community for the last 30 years through my work in the child welfare system, crisis and suicide prevention, and as a family counselor. When I became Executive Director of F&C in 2007, it was a natural extension of that passion. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life in an environment that respects their individuality. That has been the driving principle in expanding our services from adult residential group homes to now include child group homes, child and adult developmental homes, habilitation, respite, and attendant care services. Our diverse, talented, dedicated team of caregivers and providers are now able to support a broader range of Arizonans.

My goal for F & C is to provide the specialized support each of our client’s needs so that families can focus on being families. I hope that if you have a loved one who needs support, or if you have a passion for helping others, you will join us on this journey.
