We recognize that each staff member offers a combination of unique skill sets, personality, and motivation to our clients, their families, and our care team. This unique set of factors is essential for our clients – they see in each staff member a model of successful living to strive for, and an ally who is firmly determined to help them achieve their goals.
Our Families Need You.
The families and caregivers of our clients rely on our support – the relief they feel when their loved ones are being nurtured and encouraged is tangible. We give the families much needed respite, support, and motivation to continue in long-term care. Our support enables them to develop and work on goals outside of caregiving – the breathing space gives them room to recharge, grow, and nurture themselves.

The F&C staff is a family. We relish in each other’s successes and we encourage each other through disappointments. The learning and growth isn’t limited to our clients and families – we grow every day and look for ways to support one another.
